Rental garden maintenance for property managers on the Sunshine Coast
GreenStreet looks after lawns and gardens for property managers, landlords and investors across the Sunshine Coast QLD. We have ongoing contracts with rental portfolios, with clean invoicing and reliable scheduling, plus end of lease clean ups when a tenant moves out.
Can you look after a portfolio of rentals?
Yes. We have ongoing contracts with rental portfolios across the Coast. Each property gets a set schedule, and invoicing is kept clean and simple for the agency.
Ongoing maintenance across a rental portfolio
Rentals hold their value when the yard is kept up. Put each property on a regular round and the lawns, edges and gardens stay at the standard you expect for routine inspections, without a tenant having to own a mower.
End of lease garden clean ups
When a tenant moves out, the garden is often the last thing done. We clear, trim, mow and take the green waste away so the property is ready for photos and the next tenant. More on end of lease garden clean ups.
